Grayson Kilstrom’s practice focuses on commercial real estate and business transactions. Grayson represents lenders, utility providers, owners, landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers in a variety of real estate matters including acquisitions, financing, development, easement and leasing transactions. His practice includes reviews of title, survey, environmental and other due diligence matters as well as drafting purchase agreements, easements, deeds and other real estate documents. Prior to joining Salmon, Lewis & Weldon as an Associate, Grayson was a law clerk for the firm.
