  • Arizona Water Law Conference Celebrates 30th Year
    The 30th annual Arizona Water Law conference was held in Scottsdale in August 2022.  The conference, which is organized by CLE International, has been chaired by the Firm’s attorneys for each of its thirty years of existence.  The conference brings together water lawyers, water managers, and consultants for two days to discuss current topics of interest.  This year’s conference was again chaired by John Weldon and Mark McGinnis.  Mr. McGinnis and Michael Foy each made presentations at the conference.  Mr. McGinnis spoke about Arizona surface water law, and Mr. Foy discussed water quality issues relating to per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances....
